Participating in an art exhibition at the Bellini Museum in Florence (Italy) is a breathtaking experience. The city of Florence is known for its rich history, fine art and architecture, making it a hub for artists and art lovers alike.

My journey to the Bellini Museum began with the submission of my artwork. After weeks of waiting, I finally received the news that my works were selected for the exhibition. At first, I didn't believe it! It was a very special opportunity for me. I remember how excited I was at the beginning of my journey as an artist, to hang a work I had painted on a wall in my private home, and suddenly I imagined how my works were hung on the walls of a museum 3 thousand kilometers away from home!

When I arrived at the museum on the day of the exhibition, I was filled with a mixture of excitement and nervousness. As I walked through the grand entrance, I was struck by the beauty of the building. I remember that I shared live the entrance to the exhibition, and I myself had a hard time believing that my works were actually inside! The elegant architecture and intricate details of the museum were a testament to the city's rich cultural heritage. I imagined what great artists passed through here and with great difficulty I managed to hold back the tears of excitement.

As I walked towards the exhibition hall, I couldn't help but feel overwhelmed by the sheer talent of the artists on display. The room was full of beautiful works of art, each piece a unique and stunning reflection of the artist's vision.

Approaching my artworks, I was thrilled to see them displayed alongside so many talented artists. It was an honor to have my work showcased in such a prestigious museum. The artwork was beautifully lit, and the colors and textures of my work were accentuated in a way I had never seen before. The coverage of the Italian media and the presence of the head of the Jewish community of Florence (which by the way is the third largest in Italy!) made the event grandiose and luxurious far beyond what I expected.

During the exhibition I had the opportunity to talk with other artists, art lovers and visitors from all over the world. It was amazing to see how people from different cultures and backgrounds were drawn to different works of art. The exhibition was a celebration of diversity and the power of art to bring people together.

Attending an art exhibition at the Bellini Museum in Florence, Italy was a dream come true. It was an opportunity to showcase my artwork, meet fellow artists and immerse myself in the rich culture of one of the most beautiful cities in the world. I will always cherish the memories of this experience and hope to have the opportunity to participate in another exhibition at the Bellini Museum in the future.

I would like to thank the curator of the exhibition Liza Bardugo, who believed in me and accompanied me throughout the process, presented my narrowness to the admissions committee, and together with the curator of the exhibition Dr. Gabriel Giuliani made this dream come true.

Since I started teaching, my WhatsApp inbox is always full of questions about my students' projects. I really like to see the tremendous progress, and at the same time to be there every time you encounter a difficulty.

I remember the beginning of my journey, how much I struggled to draw certain subjects, and I remember how every tip I happened to discover was a crazy leap forward in the quality of the paintings for me!

Over the years, I have collected a lot of tips and tricks to streamline and improve the work processes, and a lot of knowledge. Now I feel it is a good time to pass all this knowledge on, so that everyone can draw effectively. When we create success, we want to continue to create as much as possible, and I think every piece of useful information can be the "next big thing" in our art path.

To pass on everything I know, I opened a silent WhatsApp group, which is the place to learn all the painting tips and tricks from me! The group is not open to discussions, because it has many participants and I prefer it to be free of long discussions and distractions. Once in a while, I will write tips, items will also appear as needed, for example the item "Nofar, why doesn't it work for me?" Or the "hit the expert" item, where you can ask specific questions, and I will choose a different participant each time, answering in detail for the benefit of all of us, so that we can learn from each other.

The group is also the best place to stay up to date on new courses, benefits, deals on equipment I received and want to share, recommendations, dis-recommendations (this is also important!), business tips on how to make a living from art, and anything that can help us paint as much as possible!

You are invited to join with love at the following link:

The group is for painters only!

If I received a shekel for every time I was asked if I had a website...

I started my path as an artist on Facebook. I remember the first time I posted my art there. I felt so exposed! I was afraid of the criticism that could come and I didn't even sleep that night. I "got up" in the morning (because I didn't really sleep) and saw that nothing terrible had happened and all the fear was in my head. I got a few individual likes, something like 5 comments (of course, I had less than 100 friends on Facebook). Then I posted another painting, and another! I was still apprehensive, but I was getting used to the idea.

The number of friends increased, exposure increased, I started painting on commission, and friends contacted me again and again, to ask if I had a website. And me? What about me and a website? I answered: "Everything is here on Facebook!" then someone said, "But it's not that organized". Of course, I still wasn't convinced about the need for my own website - and I started Instagram, because it's neater, right?

Even after my neat Instagram, people kept asking me "but what about a website?"

I didn't feel significant enough to own a website. I also didn't see websites that I really liked and didn't connect to any. I somewhat reduced the value of the idea in general. In short, did I explain enough that I thought I didn't need a website?

So what changed?

One day I typed my name in Google, I saw a lot of results in the search and then suddenly I understood! I said to myself "Nofar, you appear on Google in many places, and none of the results are really you!"

At this point the decision was made. With the help of my partners, we built a website that is my home, designed in a way that I like, and with content that I like! nofartsuk.com is simply me without introductions.

Now I have calmed down and I can say:

"Welcome to my website and my new blog, I'm glad you're here!"
